I believe in conducting my cabin business in
an ethical manner.
What does that mean? Well, basically,
it means being honest in my
dealings with you, my guest. For one,
I want you to be fully informed about each
cabin's location and amenities before you
make a reservation. I don't want to
mislead you in any way because, in addition
to being unethical, that would be bad
business. While it will be impossible
for you to know 'exactly' what my cabins are
like before you make a reservation, you
should be able to get a very good idea by
viewing my photos and virtual tours and by
reading my guest testimonials. I also
invite you to contact any of my previous
guests who've included their e-mail address
in their testimonial.
Part of conducting an ethical cabin business
also revolves around the booking process.
I make it a point to respond to requests for
price quotes in the order they're received.
When you request a price quote, I'll send
you a written quote with the price for your
stay broken out to include the rent, any
discount, reservation fee, cleaning fee, and
lodging taxes. There won't be any
hidden fees. When you make a
reservation, I'll send you an e-mail message
or a fax letter containing the details of
your reservation along with my Rental
Agreement, usually within 15 - 30 minutes of
you making your reservation. I also
won't charge your credit card until I
receive a signed Rental Agreement giving me
permission to do so. As you make your
payments, I'll send you receipts via e-mail
or fax. Once your reservation is paid
in full, I'll send you another e-mail
message or fax letter containing the keycode
to the cabin, driving directions from your
home or whatever origination point you
provide, and emergency contact information
for myself and my local contact in Pigeon
Forge who can assist you during your stay.
Throughout the booking process and beyond, I'll take all necessary steps
to protect your personal information.
To provide you with an even higher level of
comfort when booking one of my cabins, I
want you to know that my company is a member
of the Greater Eastern Tennessee Better
Business Bureau.

Finally,
I'll treat you with the respect you deserve
and will do everything humanly possible to
ensure my cabins exceed your expectations.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any
questions.
Sincerely,
Lynne Bever
