What
is the
process for renting a Smoky Mountain Adventure Cabin?
The first step in
renting a Smoky Mountain Adventure Cabin is to check the
availability for the cabin you're interested in.
If the cabin is available, proceed to the
Price Quote
page and complete the price quote request form. If
you prefer, you may contact me toll free at
1-866-951-5811 or
1-954-464-1007 to request a price quote or to make a reservation.
Once I receive your request for a price quote, I'll contact
you personally by phone or e-mail, whichever you
prefer, to provide you a price quote. If you
decide to book a reservation (and I hope you will!),
I'll then send you an e-mail message containing a
confirmation of the reservation details along with my
Rental Agreement.
You'll need to print, read, sign, and fax the
confirmation and Rental Agreement in order for me to
hold your reservation. You
may fax your signed Rental Agreement to me at
1-877-732-4797 or, alternatively, you can scan your
signed Rental Agreement and e-mail it to me as an
attachment at
LynneBever@gmail.com. Once
I receive your
signed Rental Agreement, I'll charge your credit card for
your
reservation deposit. Your reservation will be
considered "booked" once I receive your signed
confirmation, Rental Agreement, and reservation deposit.

If you book your
reservation more than sixty days out from arrival, your credit card
will be charged a $300 reservation deposit after I
receive your signed Rental Agreement at the time of

be charged 60 days prior to your arrival date, and the
second payment will be charged 14 days prior to your
arrival date.
If you book your
reservation less than thirty days prior to your arrival
date, half of the total amount due for the stay will be

your stay (in which case a $30 change fee may apply).

cabin, you’ll need to agree to take all steps necessary
to ensure your pet does not damage the cabin, including
keeping your pet off all furniture. In addition, you’ll
need to ensure your pet does not annoy, endanger, or
inconvenience other guests staying at other cabins and
your pet will not be left unattended inside the cabin
without being crated. Crates are not provided, so
